Dani has been part of the MINIHAUS family as a nursery assistant for seven years. She currently works with the Lila Minis at our Westpark facility. We care about your continuing education! At our own training facility, the Fortbildungsakademie Feinschliff, every member of staff can follow their own education/training path.
We provide you with valuable professional knowledge and strengthen your educational decision-making skills in the fields of early-years education, child and youth welfare, after-school care, and leadership skills specifically for social professions.
Our lecturers have many years’ experience of teaching and work experience both in their respective fields and in practice.
