IFP Study

Scientific research shows that interaction between educators and children plays an important part in children’s learning und development processes. The Bavarian State Institute of Early Childhood Research IFP currently conducts a study to investigate how education professionals can optimize their interactive behaviour. The Minihaus facilities at Pippinger Straße, Tölzer Straße and Westpark take part in this study. IFP staff accompany our kindergarten educators and children at the Minihaus facilities two mornings per week. The aim is to assess the linguistic activities und to evaluate the quality of the interactions by means of a video recording. Following the observation our educators receive feedback from the IFP staff; this strengthens the quality und the awareness of our staff of acting as a linguistic model.
