Commitment pays

Two members of staff of our MINIHAUS München in Tölzer Straße were the happy recipients of a new iPad each this week. Moritz Seeberger (left) had recruited Sarah Hame. For this, both receive one of the quality bonus items we provide as part of our staff programme. The presents were handed over by MINIHAUS München managing director Rainer Eckerl (right).

Every time our MINIHAUS education professionals persuade friends or acquaintances to take a job at one of our seven locations, we show our appreciation for their commitment with a non-cash bonus. The staff-recruit-staff initiative thus pays for both parties.
