Leadership skills at MINIHAUS München

Congratulations to Andrea Lattner, member of our management team at MINIHAUS München Pippinger Straße. She successfully completed several seminars on subjects like team building, conflict management and time management at our partner company Feinschliff - Die Bildungsakademie and received her ‘LEAD! Leadership Skills’ certificate yesterday.

Andrea Lattner says about her in-service training: ‘As part of the LEAD! certificate I was able to take part in interesting seminars which provided optimum preparation for the various duties I have as a manager. Being able to talk to the other participants considerably increased the value of the course for me. I am very grateful for the opportunity to take part in these seminars and to improve my skills.’

The certificate course provides an opportunity for optimising all aspects of leadership skills in a targeted manner, based on personal requirements. Each module is self-contained and designed as a transfer-to-practice training, allowing the lessons learnt to be put into practice straightaway. The training sessions cover both core personal leadership skills and important management techniques.
