The summer fête in a bag

Unfortunately, the pandemic meant that we had to cancel our summer fêtes, but our creative staff still managed to give both children and parents a treat.

They are a high point of the year in all seven of our nurseries: the summer fêtes involving all children, parents and staff. The coronavirus situation meant that the fêtes had to be cancelled this year, something which made all of us at MINIHAUS very sad.

Still, our staff worked really hard and were extremely creative: at the MINIHAUS München in Fürstenrieder Strasse 267, parents and children got a “summer fête in a bag” to take home. The bags contained all sorts of things – recipes for “nicecream” or home-made bubbles for blowing, for example. There were also instructions for making a bowling alley at home and a floor darts set, tools for a cool photoshoot - and home-made egg excavation kits.

The children were really proud and excited when they were finally allowed to present the bags to their parents and unpacked them on the spot. The items were then tried out at home with great success.
