Selina had already done an internship at Minihaus München while studying for her degree in social work. She enjoyed working with us so much that she came back after completing her course and has now joined our Minihaus in Pippinger Strasse as an early childhood educator. In addition to working with a group she also takes part in our in-house trainee programme in which professionals acquire the skills they need as a nursery manager.

We care about your continuing education! At our own training facility, the Fortbildungsakademie Feinschliff, every member of staff can follow their own education/training path.
We provide you with valuable professional knowledge and strengthen your educational decision-making skills in the fields of early-years education, child and youth welfare, after-school care, and leadership skills specifically for social professions.
Our lecturers have many years’ experience of teaching and work experience both in their respective fields and in practice.
